Feb '26 Update
I got off my nutrition so I only lost 2.6 lbs for Feb, but I'm grateful the scale is still tipping downward🙌 plus I'm feelin' better and continue becoming stronger. Temporary pain doesn't last forever, but showing up for myself is the key! Slow and steady wins the race and I'm starting to see my body changing outward and inward. Y'all stay motivated and blessed!! We're in this together!!!💪🔥 #LETSGETIT

Hey fit fam, is there one specific thought that makes you get up and get your workout done or has it become so much of a habit that it’s almost a non-negotiable? Definitely want to stay motivated so I can be in a string for summer🤣
