I got off my nutrition so I only lost 2.6 lbs for Feb, but I'm grateful the scale is still tipping downward🙌 plus I'm feelin' better and continue becoming stronger. Temporary pain doesn't last forever, but showing up for myself is the key! Slow and steady wins the race and I'm starting to see my body changing outward and inward.
