It’s been some time I got super discouraged I gained after working so hard then I bottomed out and got super inconsistent I was struggling between OMAD fasting , HIIT, then caloric deficit I don’t eat meat but those carbs omgg I love😂 but they don’t love me 😩but imLocked in more than ever gonna need some support bc it’s not easy but that’s why love this group hope everyone day is nothing short of amazing!!!!
