If you like and eat fruit how are you supposed to keep your sugar intake down. Eat a medium banana and some strawberries and Youre 20 g into it already .

I’m wondering what my Macros should be in the morning for breakfast? Mine are about 23 protein 44 carbs, 33 fat. I usually do 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oats w/ blueberries and 1/2 cup 2% milk in them. Coffee also.
