Today, the accountability I’m asking of you offers positive emotion along with it—because you get to share your weekly wins and/or non-scale victories! 🎉 Traditional forms of accountability can often feel negative. (They’re not, but I think you can understand what I mean.) When you allow me to hold you accountable for your nutrition and exercise habits, it doesn’t always feel good or positive. Sharing your weekly wins is a distinct form of accountability compared to many traditional or more common types—and a big part of what makes it different (and often more effective) is exactly that it emphasizes positive emotion and reinforcement rather than focusing primarily on gaps, failures, or consequences. I don’t know about you, but this feels like a big YES to me! If you want to work on leveling up your accountability, start here. Start with something that offers you some positive emotion. 🎉

My Friday win was I have really focused on my water intake this week.. everyday I've had a minimum of 40oz (which isn't a ton IK but is more than I usually drink).

I lack discipline!!! This weekend I have taken the time to plan my meals and focus on my water intake. Yesterday I focused on easy swaps and 8oz of water before and after a meal.
