Chatbot rejects appointment time even though the appointment is available
AI chat bot does not book appointment right. It is telling the lead that the appointment can't be booked because the available time slot is not available anymore although the bot offered the same time slot before. this is happening a lot to some clients account. Has anybody a solution for that?

Available slot were not booked

My Bot stopped working - Live chat
It is connected to GHL Live chat. The role of the Ai is just to gather appointment details, not to book. It just stopped responding for some reason.
