Chatbot rejects appointment time even though the appointment is available
AI chat bot does not book appointment right. It is telling the lead that the appointment can't be booked because the available time slot is not available anymore although the bot offered the same time slot before. this is happening a lot to some clients account.
Has anybody a solution for that?
