Listings being copied onto other website
Hi, Has anyone has ever experienced having your listings being copied onto other International Website without your consent? If so, how do you deal with the situation? I have posted my listings on trip advisor. However, the itinerary was copied onto other website (which is based in UK). I know it is my own itinerary since it is offering She Chocolate, which only locals knew about. They are only attainable from their own factory or a designated cafe. No one from UK would know about it. I attached the listings that I posted on viator (trip advisor), and also the listings that is copied onto another website.

@Catarina Faustino yes. It is confirmed that it is their merchant partner and they are able to set up their own pricing. Which is find really frustrating.

@Catarina Faustino yes, I just found out that they're Viator's merchant partner, and as a merchant partner, they can set up whatever price they wish. So I asked Viator since their pricing is double, shouldnt I get more? They havent replied.
Do you use lookalike audiences for ads? Where do you get the data?
My problem: our bike rentals business is doing great, but tours are struggling. People click on tour ads but end up booking rentals instead. To run lookalike campaigns in Google Ads or Meta, you need at least 1,000 users – and my tour client base is too small. All our tour bookings go through Regiondo, and OTAs don’t share customer data. Direct bookings on our site are limited, so I can’t build that audience. Has anyone faced this? Do you have a way to source data, or maybe even share anonymized segments? Could we combine small lists to create a usable base for training the algorithm? What do you think?

Hi Drew, How does a personal travel consultant works? Do you promote holidays and tours around the world based on collaborations with other tour operators?
TikTok Live
Hi, has anyone here use TikTok live to sell your tour packages? If you have, how did that go?
Need help about tour listings
We run a city tour that lasts about 1.5 hours, covering the main highlights. But guests also have the option to extend the experience with a stop at a local bar and historical site for an extra hour to relax, take photos, and dive deeper into the city’s vibe. I'm wondering what’s the best way to structure this: Should we create two separate listings? One for the standard tour and one for the extended version? Or would it be better to keep one main listing and offer the longer version as an optional upgrade? Or maybe even do both? Curious to know what’s worked for others.

You can always do 2 separate tours. Also, you can always offer an upgrade for those who booked the standard tours too. Explain to them about the extra values they are getting by upgrading.
