Need help about tour listings

We run a city tour that lasts about 1.5 hours, covering the main highlights. But guests also have the option to extend the experience with a stop at a local bar and historical site for an extra hour to relax, take photos, and dive deeper into the city’s vibe.

I'm wondering what’s the best way to structure this:

Should we create two separate listings? One for the standard tour and one for the extended version?

Or would it be better to keep one main listing and offer the longer version as an optional upgrade?

Or maybe even do both?

Curious to know what’s worked for others.
