I've been making smoothies almost every morning for over 15 years. It started because they were so easy to take to work, and then I just kept noticing how good I felt after drinking them consistently. That's really when they became a non-negotiable part of my mornings. 🧺The Ugly System That Finally Emptied My Bed 🛏️
I just moved my clean laundry from the bed to the chair for the fifth night in a row. 👕➡️🪑 People always say to just fold it while watching a show. That never works for me. 📺❌ The second I sit down, my brain refuses to do two things at once. Standard advice like using timers or planners just makes me feel worse. ⏱️ So I completely gave up on folding. 🛑 I bought three huge, identical plastic bins. 📦 One for shirts, one for pants, and one for socks and underwear. When the clothes are dry, I just toss them into the right bin. Zero folding required. ✨ It looks terrible, but my bed is actually empty. I no longer feel a spike of guilt when I walk into my bedroom. 😌 What is your weirdest trick to avoid folding laundry? 👇 ADHD Over 40

Spring Clean Time?
In the Northern Hemisphere Spring is beginning! 🌻 (Finally 🙏) And you may be in that energy of Spring Cleaning. Chinese Medicine tells us Spring is the time to detox and clear out - and we naturally tune into that. But, you don't just need to clean the cupboards & under the bed... I guarantee there is stuck energy in your home! Yes, your house holds onto a lot of things... Not just physical clutter. But everything that’s been happening in that space... Arguments. Stress. Old versions of you... If you have never had your house cleared, then you are missing out! "Deep-cleaning" the energy of your home is a wonderful gift... it really does get to the unseen. Maybe you have an area of your home which always gathers clutter no matter what you do? Maybe your kids find it difficult to sleep in their room? (I sort this out for parents all the time!) Maybe there is that one room you just feel something in? I am Eloise, an intuitive healer... and I have a whole bag of tools which I use to do house clearings and more. I spend most of my time spring cleaning bodies! But I also do sessions on pets, homes, and businesses. Basically anything - when I have permission.
