Who guessed the AI image game correctly?
Drum roll please... 🥁 All the images in my post from yesterday were created by AI, and the current winner is the cartoon image (by a lot). You can check that post out here: >> An AI Guessing Game << My next problem (the best problem to have) is that all the classes for 2-5 year olds are full with 25 people on waitlists... and there are only 10 spots left in the classes for 5-7 year olds. With 4 weeks still to go before classes start for 2026, it's time to re-jig the campaign to target kids 8+ years of age AND to hit the 'new year, new me' for adult classes 🤩

@Sally Prendergast the thing I struggle with most is exactly this. I’m not sure that I want that sort of studio vibe. I don’t want it to be about numbers and filling spots and money and marketing. I know I need that to be able to run classes, but this is not my main job, nor do I want it to be. I really struggle with this ethically. I want my classes to be about connection and growing confidence. How do you get around this? How do you market without it being salesey or pairing a certain picture of a dancer? This is why I joined this group, to find a happy medium.

@Ann Coates thank you. It’s just an internal battle, but on the flip side I have seen my lovely dance teacher of many years not so marketing and nearly loose his studio last year so I know it important. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts and @Sally Prendergast was a guest on one of them. That was over a year ago go and I have been following her since. I do like that she Taylor’s things to each studio. I only started teaching my classes last year so it’s just a lot to get your head around. I think the values marketing.

@Alyssa Peck yes I do the drive to Brisbane for work and it can be a killer. I teach Irish dance at Kawana, and Irish, Latin Ballroom and Zumba around Glass House Mountains and Peachester. What styles do you teach?
