Another example of little thought
This grip training short is a great example of how little thought goes into people’s training sessions. It would be a very interesting experiment to calculate just how much time and effort are wasted in the pursuit of hypertrophy. https://youtube.com/shorts/-Zy5gxJx8EU?is=qivDBLSUGAWlf8He

Mini muscles - one year on. And what are these muscles at the back?
One is a video of back muscles I’ve worked on for many years because of back problems 15-20 years ago? What are they? And the pics are a documentation of my mini muscles, considering I’ve never had muscles ever. This is my right arm. My left is probably 50% smaller.

Split help - edited. New split started
Morning all. 2:30am wooow had a good sleep thou. gym time soon. Anyway enough of my messed up clock I’m after feedback on how best to spread out my work load. Last week I decided to do a bit more and see how I went on. I enjoyed everything and o was satisfied. Still had more in the tank and I found I didn’t push myself too hard. So my ask is. I’m looking for a split that will accommodate my running. The gym for me is a non negotiable and if something had to go it would be cardio 😭. But I also love cardio stuff and pushing myself so I want to do both. My last weeks activity is below. Do you think this is doable week in week out. Ok people. I see a lot of arguments about the calories in and calories out. I think everybody understands that calories are a measurement of energy. Can somebody explain to me why this doesn’t matter ? Or does it. If you eat less calories you’ll loose weight or fat. Eat more calories you’ll maybe gain fat. I’d like to hear everybody’s views on it.

For me it is slightly irrelevant for many of us, because who can prove that just because these foods when burned, raise the temperature of water in the same ratio or way that your body uses the energy from the foods? I think calories has led us down the garden path in the sense that we don't really know how to feed ourselves in the perfect way. Once again so many variables and many I know don't even have the tools to work anything out themselves. And of course the powers that be are quite happy that people are confused. If this wasn't true then hospital food wouldn't be how it is. Probably haven't answered the question, sorry.

I have seat settings on notes on my phone and follow Shaun's app page. I have three workouts, one for very two days comprising of legs, push, and pull.
