Body fat
Guys as I’m doing some research into the ways people loose body fat I’ve seen all sorts of things being used as tools. Body builders eat loads of crap most of the time over multiple meals. I’d say I’m more of a hybrid hobbyist and do it for enjoyment and fitness etc. I’d like people’s thoughts on how they / not me would go about cutting body fat. I think I’m current arround 17 percent at 215 pounds. I’m 6 foot 3 in length and have a kinda big torso. I’m a 32-34 waist and a large (long) in t shirt / polo etc I’d like to get to sub 15 just to see if I’m happy. I seem to be lean but think my belly plays a big role in my body dismorphia 🤣

Getting rid of dairy made the difference for me, but just the last stone really. Now it is just skin it seems.
Welcome — start here 👋
Welcome in. whwido /we-do/ is a science & experience-based strength method with one rule: You feel the muscle you're training — joints aligned, perfect form. The name means Why, How, What, I Do — and the whole aim is to make it what you do: running your own training for life, without needing me. You're free to look around. Meet the members, see what they're working on, and ask me anything in Welcome & Ask Shaun — I answer personally. The full 4-phase programme opens 1 September. You can see the whole structure in the Classroom now — it's locked until then. Join before 30 August, and it's $40/year, locked for life. From 1 September it's $15/month or $120/year. So I can actually help you, answer these three below: 1. Your situation and goal — beginner, plateaued, or training around a condition? 2. What's stopped you getting stronger before? 3. The one thing you're most unsure will work for you? Drop them in a comment and say hello — tell us who you are and what you're training for.

I started at the gym in August having only used the sauna and steam room previously. I've not touched exercise as my dad had a massive heart attack and died on his running machine 25 years ago - he used to run four miles a day and ran marathons when he could. For some reason that put me off. Found carnivore in November '24 and started the gym in August doing some arm and leg machine weights. I now have arm muscles and feel a bit of a buzz going to the gym, finishing off with three fifteen minute saunas and breaks outside. My daughter's b/f now helps with some weights most weeks so I'm learning new things. I have just started trying to sort a few gut and joint problems with BPC-147, KPV and GHK-CU for a small but horrible amount of belly skin I want to tighten.
