5 contributions to Agency Service Scaling Kings👑
I didn't take my OWN agency seriously until I did this.
So I've spent the last 4-5 days working on exclusively branding for my Agency. Quite honestly, before doing this, I didn't even think of my Agency as a real, genuine business, and in turn I really struggled to sit down and take the work I was doing seriously. I deviced I needed to put time and thought into how I could possibly make my Agency feel legitimate, and be percieved as proper, professional, and trustworthy to not just clients but to me as well. When I tell you I did a complete overhaul of my Agency... I'm not lying I spent 30+ hours on my logo alone I spent hours researching color palettes, patterns, shapes Experimenting with countless iterations of color combinations, shapes, fonts, font weights, swapping Red for Blue, Squares for Circles, Bold for Semi Bold, over and over and over again. I experimented with hundreds of offers, went through 50+ website templates, I tried Wix, Squarespace, Adobe Dreamweaver, GoHighLevel I made hundreds of tiny obsessive changes to things until I finally felt like I built a real, genuine Agency. Now is all of this necessary? Not at all! However I'm very glad I did it. And even after all of this work, I ended up with the most basic designs of them all 🤣... Black/Gray/White color palette Simple Logo Simple Website Simple Slogan Simple Everything 🤣 If you're in the same boat as I was, I'd highly recommend just sitting down and taking time to think over your Agency. I'd absolutely love to get your guys' feedback and critique when I fully relaunch everything. I can't wait to share more with you all, website will be published sometime next week, and if you made it to the bottom, thank you for reading.

How to sell higher ticket packages
What can I do as marketing agency for tradies to sell packages priced at 12k-15k for 90 days. Idk how to 1. Get these high ticket clients and 2. What should be included in it like should they get a certain number of quotes of jobs in 90 days?

Having Tradies/Contractors as your niche is a great choice, they generally have bigger ticket services/products, and thus higher profit margins. So in order to actually be able to charge 12k-15k, you need to target contractors with high ticket services. IE: A Concrete Contractor charges 3k for the installation of a new heated driveway (very cheap, but just as an example). And you charge 5k/month for your services. You only need to score this Contractor 3-5 new clients per month for a substantial ROI.

Finding these High Paying Clients is purely in your outreach, it is quite literally a numbers game. If you’re talking about finding High Ticket Clients for your Contractor, it’s all in your ads, funnels, marketing angle, target demographic, etc. However what you should include in your offer to these contractors is up to you. It depends on your niche, but a safe “benchmark” offer that I’m having success with is “10 clients guaranteed, or you don’t pay”. It’s a really simple, yet effective offer. Especially if you’re going to be charging 12k-15k for your services. Hope this helped.
I'm a beginner, how niche should I be?
Recently I decided to make the change from Personal Trainers to Concrete Contractors (CC) as my niche This got me thinking, how niche should I be as a beginner? What I'm asking is: What if instead of targeting Concrete Contractors, I target a broader niche that (CC) falls under? Broader Niches Like: Home Renovation, Home improvement, Construction, Landscaping, etc. All input is valuable to me, thank you.

For the established Agency Owners
What was the hardest/scariest part about starting your own Agency? What was the most confusing part of starting your Agency? Was it Service Delivery? Learning? Outreach? Please let me know, I'm sure your responses can help settle a lot of mine and others' fears. Thanks.
