Did you use the drip feature, because if you dont limit it to 100 messages on outreach it could block you. Was that the reason?

Use WhatsApp for DR instead of sms
For DR campaign can we swap out sms for whatsapp? Plan on using drip to limit the messages sent out over a period of days.

2 way sms doesn’t work in Malaysia. It’s sent out via a short code - 5 digit number. Can’t receive the messages

@Keagan Van Rensburg we tested with a WhatsApp number integrated. Zappy chat responds. What do you mean by can’t use it if they respond?

Whatsapp or SMS
Hi guys, in Belgium SMS is considered rather phishy and people are afraid to respond. We used whatsapp, but whatsapp is kicking us out. Anybody has some ideas on how connect a whatsapp number without paying for each message?

Malaysia as well sends sms via those short codes 5 digit numbers so 2 way sms is not possible. @Mike Cuypers what do you mean WhatsApp is kicking you out? We are trying to use it for our DR
