It's Quitting Time... NEW CHALLANGE STARTING!
Starting tomorrow (May 1st), we are running a new challenge: Breaking a habit we know we should, but haven't yet been able to let go of. I’ll be sharing some resources on habit building, adding more talks in response to your questions and challenges. How To Participate: 1: Pick one habit you want to release 2: Share it in the community: beginning with, "This May, I am breaking the habit of...." and a bit about why you are choosing that habit - Perhaps adding what you will do instead! (under the ✂️ Break The Habit Challenge category) 3: Support others by commenting and showing up for them What Habits To Break: Anything that’s no longer serving you. - Substances: Intoxicants, sugar, or anything you’re using to numb, escape, or cope - Behaviors: Risky, avoidant, or self-sabotaging patterns - Self-Worth: Saying yes when you mean no, Letting boundaries be crossed, Putting yourself last 4: Through out the month, share with the community what is working and what isn't.
