I have a couple members whose invite links are not working properly. It’s still brings them to the course but it doesn’t say “invited by ____” and is presenting some issues because we only accept people that we can verify have been invited by someone. Is there something we could be doing wrong? She even sent me a screen recording and she is copying the right link. Is there a circumstances where this won’t work? Please let me know🙏

Does that mean they can never request again from the same email? Can we view the list of banned people & unban them? Please let me know🙏

Is there a way that we could add a reason as to why somebody was declined access to the course? I think it would be helpful so they just don’t think that they were rudely declined but rather they didn’t complete some required steps and we can indicate which one when declining them. Or if we can edit the automated decline email to include the mandatory steps/requirements We are communicating these requirements and other way, but with 1000+ members we’re starting to grow faster and more people are missing steps. Sometimes they get upset that they were declined because they didn’t realize they missed a step. Let me know what you guys think!

Prior to today, under the email field in the attached image, there was a special invite link as a 3rd way to invite people. That link had a VERY special feature that is now gone. That link created an automatic pop up, shown in my 2nd pic. That special link did not require an email. You share it and it takes them to the about us page with this special popup without knowing your email. I use that on sales funnels to force people into Skool and it works FANTASTIC! Can someone PLEASE bring that feature back? @Sid Sahasrabuddhe
