I just wrapped up my AMA yesterday and I had put a few numbers together for it. So I thought I'd share them with ya'll here. All in all I put together 15 deals in 2024.. 5 of them I ended up putting out of their misery after about 2 or 3 emails. Only 1 of those 5 turned out to be a real pain in the ass. But I ditched it after the 2nd email. Out of that I had 10 deals that resulted in $1,680,000 in revenue. What was even better? The % that I got to keep! (the average was between 30% to 40% on deals. One of those deals alone made up around $526,000 of that total revenue number. And that one I was 40% of. One big take away is getting more from less. 2025 will be the year of fewer partners... ...but going DEEPER with them. I mention it here: Multiple Use Mojo All in all I learned A LOT from this year. I learned that even though I had a great year I still "spent" more energy than I needed to at times. I could have "invested" my energy and I.P. in a lot smarter ways. But that's ok... Learning can be gauged by behavior change. And I'm in the midst of making those changes now. Also, a big shout out. You will never go hungry if you can send business owners buyer leads for a fraction of what they are paying now. ✅Businesses are often far more motivated to SAVE MONEY than make money. These days, getting a buyer on your list is NOT cheap. Depending on the industry... Paying $50 or more to get a buyer isn't unreasonable. But by doing CO-OPs... First, by Co-oping with my download partners: Where they can offer my book as a bonus or upsell at NO CHARGE. This fulfills the getting control of distribution TRIFECTA: 👉They get to look like a hero 👉The book solves problems for their audience 👉They can make more money - either by making their offer sweeter by offering it as a bonus or selling it as an upsell. SECOND: By setting up a Co-op with the NEW DISTRIBUTION partners. I can now rent/sell buyer leads WAY cheaper than $50! Do you get that? The 5th Quadrant Micro-Investor Most investors shoot for... 4% to 10% returns. They invest in traditional stuff. I don't. I demand 100% to 1000% returns! Why? Because... I refuse to work for MONEY! I'm all for hard work, but not for money. Show me a person who works hard for money and I will show you a person who is money-broke, time-broke or both-broke. It took me 30+ blue-collar years to realize... If I HAD to work for money, I am a SLAVE to money. Most people's plan: "I must give up life to make money and then save it over 30 to 40 years so I can "retire" someday and really live." At age 38, I REVERSED the traditional plan... "I must RETIRE NOW and really live for the next 30 years so I can make money." 👉HOW did I do that? Let's look at it a different way, mm kay? 🙃Traditional "Retirement" Option 1: Save up $2,500,000, buy "off the rack" investments and live off 4% a year. Average time? 30 to 50 years. 🙂The "5th Quadrant" Option 2: Save $10k to $100k. PRODUCE investments with 100% to 1000% returns (which people will even fund FOR YOU because of the abnormally high returns) and live free now-er. I call it the 5th Quadrant after Robert Kiyosaki's 4 Quadrants. He says the four quadrants are Employee, Self-Employed, Business Owner and Investor. I've found a 5th Quadrant... The 5th Quadrant is the PRODUCER of Investments. Buying "off the rack" investments as a traditional retail investor takes decades to get ahead. The investment bankers and other PRODUCERS of investments make millions or billions in a matter of months. Buy off the rack at retail, hope and wait 30 years? or Produce your own investments NOW-er? I'm too impatient, too freedom-minded, too much in love with autonomy to slave and save for decades. In 2024... Now more than ever with AI... There are micro-investments we can produce for less than a couple hundred bucks that return 100% to 1000% returns. In Little Rock, I shared a bunch of them.
