Right now it’s knowing what to say and more importantly when to say it. For example using industry vernacular like NODs, EMD and CSVs like my boy @Justin Bonney Recommended. I know it will come with time it’s just frustrating as a newb when you’re conversing with seasoned vets.
Got caught slipping, faked it till I made it
So Group I reached out to a title rep. to acquire a list of off-markets. In doing so the rep asked just what type of data I needed. I said anything that may help me identify a potential investment like NODs, HOA liens, court-order sales and recent sales. She then replied “great, owner/occupied sales?”. I said yes, she then replied “HOW would that help you identify a potential investment?”…there was an awkward pause 😅😂 Long story short, what type of specific data should I request from a title rep?
