Go slow to go fast OR just fast!
Howdy friends :) What path have you taken after starting here? 1. Thrown Jake's folder architecture into claude + your project needs to get something fast 2. Used Jake's folder architecture as a template, editing it line by line to plan, think, and produce what you need I'm starting to build a folder architecture with the aim of being able generate brand assets for my company to use across digital, social, and print. In doing so, I'm finding that I have to THINK! 😂 I also sense that this slow trudge is helping connect the dots from the classroom lectures. It feels slow, like hiking through a bog, but I believe it'll solidify some lessons. What do you all think about moving slow to go fast (with AI)?

@E G I agree with, and had applied, a similar approach since Jan: learn, apply, get a win, try more! It’s been a blast. So much so that it led me to this community after I looked back at what I built and realized I thrashed around and made a mess lol (meaning, my first project worked but was wildly disorganized). You speak truth: moving slowly is still moving, which is moving faster than not moving much at all 😄✌️

@Yucky Yuckyyyy nice! I’ll keep an eye out for that!
Mirror, Mirror on the...AI
So, yesterday I delivered a presentation to a family that requested a Wealth Development Analysis. I took 18 years of their Tax Returns to understand their past, and projected their next 25 years based on diferent economic scenarios. I've used Cowork, Code and Design. It went great, but this is not the main topic here. I've recorded the whole 100min meeting, transcribed it, uploaded to Claude, and asked it to analyze the whole meeting. I asked questions like: What is my style of presentation? Where did the storytelling worked and didn't work? What was the impact of my presentation on each participant? What didn't I see during the meeting? What a system's thinker would tell me about the meeting? The output was amazing. I got deep, lengthy feedback that will help me improve in my next preparation and presentation. It felt like closing the loop. So, don't stop at delivery, add another step of self-reflection in order to keep evolving!

Very interesting way to use claude. Thank you for sharing!
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

@Carlos Navarro nice. What are you interested in learning specifically? Have a project in mind?

@Dan Cochran I completely agree; ICM and the CLEAR principles for prompting agents has changed how ai is working for me. Im curious: what work is it that you do and what kind of clients are you supporting iwth this info?
Good news
This course set me up with the knowledge. One of my clients is picking up 10 seats of Claude enterprise and I’ll be leading the team on how to get set up correctly for the long term. Cheers. Let’s hope this is just the beginning!

Hey @Alexander Paschka congrats man! This comment is 30 days after your post - hows it going?
Jake didn't do me any favors! Please Help🙏
Quick note about Skool’s bot protection: If your comment is just a few short words, you’re better off hitting the like button instead. What you probably don’t know is that the admins are getting absolutely blasted with anti-bot warnings — and Jake didn’t do me any favors by blowing up my notifications. We’re growing extremely fast (25,855+ and climbing), so we’ve got a massive target on our backs. Short, low-effort comments are triggering the system hard right now.Help us keep this community high-quality: Only comment when you have real value to add — sharp insights, innovative ideas, or meaningful experiences. @David Vogel Thank you for pointing out the consequences of commenting willy-nilly. From my account, it floods the commentary and makes finding useful information more laborious. Im all for a good hurrah - let’s use the like button for that!
