Hey everyone I’m Demetrius Williams from Wichita, Kansas. I currently am in car sales at the local Honda dealership and have been in the car business since 2011. My workout journey has been pretty consistent since 2014. Outside of workout outs and work, I volunteer with a youth group and Younglife here in town. The first group of high school guys i volunteered with really got me motivated in 2014 and just kept at it bring/walking along side of each group I’ve volunteered with. Favorite sweet would be anything chocolate especially chocolate chip cookies and Haribo gummy bears.

Originally I started because I needed to get out and get more movement in. Come to find out I had some blood pressure issues not to major other than exercise would help fix that. That was my motivation to get going. Now it is incorporated into my weekly schedule and try not to change that. Since I’ve been doing it consistently for many years and seeing my body change for the better makes you feel good and clothes fit better too. I’ve also found a good community at our local YMCAs and enjoy motivating each other there.
