Avoid Duplicate Leads in Your CRM
Quick tip for anyone syncing call data to a CRM… You don’t want your CRM flooded with duplicate contacts Here’s how I avoid it: 1. In Zapier (or GoHighLevel), add a “Find Contact” step before adding anyone new 2. If the contact exists, update them 3. If not, create the new record That’s it. Simple logic and keeps the system clean This tiny fix has saved my clients and I cleanup time. If you’re not doing this yet start today.

AWESOME... great time saver.
Love Synthflow but why is it so expensive?
I assume Synthflow compare it to replacing an employee, however a very small % of existing businesses who might be able to afford this would fire their existing admin team and replace them with this. If they are a start up I can imagine starting with Synthflow is a better alternative but start ups also can't afford this. I've presented this to 7 of my existing clients and all said $450 USD per month for 2000 minutes??? They all said no way or I can hire a full time staff member in philippines for this who can do a lot more for me. How are other people trying to sell or position this to existing small businesses? All my existing clients said it was cool when i showed the demo of it but said its too expensive and i agree. GHL voice agent does a good job for .02 cents per minute or $49 unlimited minutes, just cant do outbound voice agent yet but its coming. Also they are still getting more Australian accents soon apparently. (Also why is it $375 for pro on Synthflow site but upgrade in this platform says $450 per month?)

Take a look at Retellai.com
Retell vs Synthlow
I've been using synthflow for a while now, but i keep seeing more and more tutorials focused on Retell. Any people out there have opinions on which one is ideal for which use case? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each/

@Abdulrahman Amiri Consider GHL plus Retell. They integrate nicely and you have a full suite of tools.
Why Tracking Voice AI Calls Is Critical for Business Growth
Keeping track of who your Voice AI system is calling isn’t just about staying organized It’s the backbone of building a smart, scalable client acquisition system. Here’s why this matters: When you accurately track every call and its outcome, you unlock the ability to trigger follow-up systems automatically. Here's what I mean. After a set number of executed calls, you can automatically push contacts into a dedicated nurture sequence, whether that’s through SMS, email, or additional follow ups. This transforms your outreach from random touchpoints into a predictable, strategic client journey. At the end of the day, tracking equals control — and control over your client journey is what separates businesses that scale from those that stall. If you’re building Voice AI systems for yourself or clients, make sure you’re not just thinking about “calls” Think about the bigger picture of how calls feed into the entire growth engine.

🤢 How To Sell Coaching Without Sounding Like A Guru
You don’t need a greasy ad funnel. 🤢 You don’t need fake “$997 value” slides. 🫥 And you definitely don’t need to act like you’re better than everyone else. Here’s how I close high-ticket clients without sounding like a guru 👇 1. Give. Way. More. Than You Ask. I don’t send people to some “free training” that’s just a pitch. I send voice notes. Looms. Action plans. Even to people who aren’t ready to buy. That’s how you build real trust and not fake scarcity. 2. Be brutally transparent. Most “coaches” teach one thing and make money another way. I teach exactly what I do. And I tell the truth, even if it makes the sale harder. Because in the long run, it makes the sale easier. 3. Be a coach, not a Discord Mod.🤡 Be yourself, make jokes, but act like a pro. Clean clothes, clear communication and a confident delivery. That alone puts you ahead of 90% of coaches online. 4. Close with permission, not pressure. First call = value. Second call = value + offer. and EVEN MORE VALUE That’s it. No hard sell. Just real trust + clean positioning = done deal. Wanna see the full system I use to do this with no followers, no ads, no testimonials? Comment SCALE and I’ll send you the doc. Let’s stay far away from guru land 😎 https://www.loom.com/share/af5e9feec0b04636a287895246204016?sid=664599c4-b52d-4807-8377-8934846721e3
