Avoid Duplicate Leads in Your CRM
Quick tip for anyone syncing call data to a CRM…
You don’t want your CRM flooded with duplicate contacts
Here’s how I avoid it:
  1. In Zapier (or GoHighLevel), add a “Find Contact” step before adding anyone new
  2. If the contact exists, update them
  3. If not, create the new record
That’s it. Simple logic and keeps the system clean
This tiny fix has saved my clients and I cleanup time.
