You don’t want your CRM flooded with duplicate contacts
Here’s how I avoid it:
- In Zapier (or GoHighLevel), add a “Find Contact” step before adding anyone new
- If the contact exists, update them
- If not, create the new record
That’s it. Simple logic and keeps the system clean
This tiny fix has saved my clients and I cleanup time.
