When it comes to converting inbound interest, how fast you contact the lead matters more than almost anything else. Attention fades in minutes. Tabs stay open for seconds. If you’re not first with a helpful next step, they’ll try the next provider and move on. What “fast” really means - Calls. Answer live or call back in under a minute. Not five. One. - Forms and chats. Instant auto-acknowledge, then a real follow up that asks one simple question to move it forward. - Missed calls. Trigger an immediate SMS that says you’re on it and offers two times. Image the power of your system if you can call your leads and if they dont answer you can leave a sms text reminding them that you tried to contact them regarding your offer. Even if they dont respond still have automations included to re engage the conversation letting them know you haven't forgotten about them. The importance of this is to continuously be in front of them because no matter what they are still receiving your competitors' ads. But with having a system, your speed still has a higher chance of landing them as a clinet

Voice Agent For Business Question
Is there a way to implement a voice Ai agent via GHL into a business so that it's tied to the same phone number as the company? In a perfect world, the Ai would answer after a set number of rings so it either gives the human a chance to answer and if not then the Ai steps in. It also saves the business having to rebrand everything with the new dedication number.
