Aaron suggestion on making quick sales.
Context: It's taking a little while for me to gain traction in my agency, and I am running out of funds. I finished a 3-year contract with BlackRock, and I find it hard to book calls through email and LinkedIn DMs. @Aaron Brewer suggested to get quick sales, scrape gym owner leads, reach out to them selling video and marketing and then DM video/content agencies on Instagram to sell the leads too. Aaron then said to share my email sequences to get feedback from the community, so here goes. Here is my sequence: DM 1 Hey {FirstName}! {Personalised message} Quick question, I got some prospects looking for video work right now. Who should I shoot the leads over to on your side? DM 2 Just circling back 😊 I thought of {AgencyName} first for these prospects. Want me to drop the details here or send an email? DM 3 I'll make this my last ping! If timing’s off, no worries, just hit “pass” and I’ll close the loop. Otherwise, give me a 👍 and I’ll fire the briefs over today. Thanks in advance for all your help!

@Nate Graham I was using Instantly to send all my emails, and I’d use Apollo to scrape the email data. After that, I ran everything through NeverBounce to verify and clean the list. The setup worked well I was able to pull hundreds of thousands of emails. That said, the volume and quality of data you get from Apollo really depends on the niche you’re targeting. Some niches have a ton of clean, accurate data. Others… not so much. So while Apollo is definitely a powerful tool, it’s not a one size fits all solution.

@Nate Graham In my experience, I’d say realtors mainly because there are just so many of them. That was the niche I focused on back in 2022. I haven’t targeted them through cold email in a while, so I’m not 100% sure what the current landscape looks like, but I definitely believe cold email still works if you know how to write proper copy.
Just Finished My Private 1-on-1 with Aaron — Here’s What I Learned
When starting anything new, don’t try to solve every problem at once because it’s the fastest way to get overwhelmed. Aaron reminded me that before you can solve problems in your business, you need clarity on two things: 1. Where you’re trying to go 2. The milestones you need to hit to get there Once that’s clear, you can reverse-engineer each problem standing in your way. But the order in which you solve those problems matters. That order determines how your results compound over time. For example: If your goal is to build a client acquisition system, where should you focus first? Most people try fixing their close rate first. And sure that's important. But Aaron explained why that’s not where you want to start. You always start at the top of the funnel (TOF) not the bottom. Why? Because improving your close rate won’t matter if you don’t have enough qualified leads showing up to your calls in the first place. You might get slightly better results, but you’ll still be stuck talking to too few people. Instead, start with: - Getting more leads in the door - Qualifying those leads - Setting appointments - Increasing your show rate When you solve problems from the top down, the wins start stacking. It’s like a waterfall: the more you clear the top, the more momentum flows through everything beneath it. So the key takeaways are: 👉 Solve one problem at a time in the right order 👉 Don’t move on until the current problem is truly solved 👉 Don’t try to fix everything at once or you’ll burn out Bonus insight from today’s mastermind: On sales calls, just be real. Don’t fake it. Don’t act like someone you’re not prospects can sense it. And when they do, they won’t trust you. Also, own your mistakes. If you say something dumb or mess up a question, just acknowledge it. Wearing your mistakes on your sleeve actually builds trust because people trust real, imperfect humans more than they trust perfect scripts. These were my key takeaways but what about you?If you had your 1-on-1 or tuned into the mastermind, share your insights in the comments below👇 Let’s all grow together 💪🏼

🚨RECRUITING SALES REPS AT OUR 7-FIGURE AGENCY🚨
My calendar is so full right now with qualified calls that it’s pulled me away from my team and my product on the back end. Im bringing someone in under my wing that can handle a calendar FULL of intros and demos every day and is motivated to make a shit ton of money and grow into a sales management position. No you will not be paid a base. I want people who know what they’re capable of and that will sell like their life depends on it. Im waiting for the right person to come in so I can scale our ad spend up to $15,000 - $25,000 every month. Commission will be 10% per close. If you close a monthly client you will be paid for the first 3 months 10% each month. Our products avg price point is $2,000 and our average cash collected is $4,300. If this sounds like something you think you could handle and have the skill set to match it, I want you to apply here: https://airtable.com/appn3nOgnhDihkQMq/shrMq1OOt6kbar5kf May the odds be ever in your favour😈 P.S. if you know of a closer looking for a home Im offering a $500 commission if you refer me to someone whom we take on.

Iman Gadzhi called me out... 🥶
6 years ago I watched a video of Iman Gadzhi talking about how much money he was making with "SMMA" while traveling the world as an 18 year old. ✈️ My mind was blown. 🤯 You can imagine my surprise when a few weeks ago he asked me to do a guest call in HIS Inner Circle and breakdown how I've built 8 SMMAs in a row to prove it's not luck. 👀 It took a little bit of magic but, but we were able to snag the recording. 🙏 You can watch it here: 👈 The truth is tho, none of this would be possible without YOU guys. 👈 Seriously, as cliche as it is the fact we have the strongest support base in all of SMMA is what made him reach out, so thank you. ❤️ As a token of my gratitude, I'm going to give away $500 to one random person who comments on this video what their biggest takeaway from watching is. 🤑 Just comment "Iman Gadzhi" once you placed your comment and my team will reach out if you win 👇 Much love as always fam, Matt 🙏
