Start with how your thought process works and correct within. A lot easier said then done but I’m starting down that journey!

When you practice poor sleep habits, your brain dials down leptin (the fullness signal) and cranks up ghrelin (the eat or die signal). At the same time, the prefrontal cortex (your CEO brain that makes smart choices) runs lower and slower, and your “eat more” reward circuits get louder.

I would say this plays a lot in your life as well. You don’t give your brain the right healthy things your thinking and decisions start to be off. Sleeping right and having a good schedule has been tough for me. Lots of distractions like tv your phone and work but definitely something im working on.
