Hello I don't know if this post is against the rules here. If it is, my apologies. I'm building a low-ticket product that I will sell for around $500. It's a hub for agencies making around $5k-$10k that don't have good systems so they can't really handle more work. I'd appreciate any feedback about this product. It's for busy agency owners that are a mess and want to have everything in one place, well-structured, as automated as it could be, and with enough SOPs to get new people on board and get them running fast. And if you want to have something like this for your business, I'm willing to work with 4-5 beta-testers that will get the system once it's done. The goal is to build a plug-and-play solution that works with most agencies (marketing, creative, branding, web design, AI, and so on). Here are some screenshots of the main structure I have in mind, and some demos I made so you get a look of what it can look like. If you are interested, please hit me up.

Start Posting Content!
Let me briefly tell you why content is the most important aspect of any successful business in modern times… if your competitors are posting and you're not, they will lap you. And if theyre not posting and you start, you can simply lap them🤣 44% of consumers prefer learning about products or services through content… While 87% of marketers reported increased sales as a result of video content… But let's look at Alex Hormozi and what content has done for him. Not only has content managed to become a prime source for acquiring new clients… But also to discover new talent to work under him for that matter… Hormozi now attracts the best talent and has them begging to work for him, imagine that happening for you one day. Content allows you to nurture leads regardless where they come from if you can provide value, cold outreach, paid ads, or inbound from content. If someone can have the opportunity to binge watch valuable content, they will be sold before the call even starts Don't underestimate the power on a sales call when you ask them to google your name and you're the only person they will see for the entire page. When you start content, it will be a little rough around the edges, accept it, and Make it better with time. Each video, improve 1 thing, so in 5 years time, the quality and quantity of content has skyrocketed and your audience can truely see your rags to riches story. Starting now allows you to have - More Videos - More time for people to see your videos - More time to establish as an authoritative figure - More time for feedback and improvements Content is a long term game, and eventually inbound leads will follow. Nobody from above will ever judge you. Don't care what losers say because they cant comprehend someone else doing something outside the norm, And if they wont even be at your funeral, why care. Make your first video before the week ends. Otherwise, stay behind. Also ill add some social proof mainly from my short form content (now switching to long form)

Couldn't agree more! I just started recording content too. It's daunting but in the long term, is one of the highest-leverage activities you can do. So excited about this, and I only got 20 views 🤣
Looking for 3 agencies, coaches or consultants
I’m the founder of Pyrus, and we build automated systems for companies. We’ve been working with different kinds of companies and I have a few years of agency experience, but now I want to niche down and build a program specifically for agencies, coaches, and consulting companies. So I’m looking for 3 agencies, coaches, or consultants doing $10k - $25k per month in revenue to help them build their backend infrastructure at a fraction of the cost + a testimonial. Full program will be $8k-$12k, and the goal is to at least double the revenue. Some systems we can help with are prospecting & cold outreach, sales & CRM infrastructure, content creation & posting, sales team goal tracking, client onboarding, client management, client fulfilment, hiring process, team management, and many more. The plan is to build the systems during the first 4 weeks, and the following 4 weeks work on improving them. If you are interested send me a DM šŸ™‚

Book Recommendations for Agencies (mainly online advertising)
I am currently 14 years old and have been in the online agency industry for a couple of months. Things are running smoothly however I feel I could improve significantly if I learn more. I am apart of many courses however I also love to read so I ask if anybody has any recommendations on books that could boost my agency/teach me anything related to agencies.

Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz and Making Ads Pay by John Caples. They are not about online advertising tho. But they will teach you more about how to create good ads than any other book
About processes step by step
Hello guys, I wanted to ask a few questions on each process of onboarding clients, right now I can't use these softwares to sign my clients, docusign for contracts, stripe for invoices, but i can onboard them in zoom call, is it ok to do it this way: find the prospect, get him on a zoom call, explain everything we do, and answer his questions, get the payments, and then book an onboarding call, where I'll set the expectations, and get acess to his fb ad manager account, and so on. Is that good guys? So sad I can't use softwares like gohighlevel to sign every client in there good crm, also i can't use invoices, i can only get the client to transfer money to my debit card which is extremely hard because i live in Russia, and basically have no idea how to get that part done

Why can't you use those softwares? The data gathering from your clients after they pay should be automatic. Once you get the payment from them, you can automate emails to thank them, send them an onboarding document if you want (with info about your Business Manager so they can add you as partner, and instructions to do so), and a Google Form to get other info you need about them. Regarding the CRM, why can't you use one? GHL is expensive, there are other cheaper options. You can even build one for free on Airtable. You don't need a complex system now.
