Transfer call to Netherlands?➡️📞
Hey everyone! Working with a client in the Netherlands and looking into call transfer functionality for Dutch numbers. Has anyone set this up successfully? I'm curious about the conditions for call transfers and whether there are specific country requirements. Haven't found any setting yet and haven't been able to make any successful call transfers yet. inbound calls update
inbound is officially decoupled (hooray) which means that even when oauth fails, even if the app is down, even if one of our 3 databases are down, we will always pick up inbound calls.

That's a great step-up, finally something more aligned with the rest of the AI Agent world. Bland, Synthflow, Vapi, Retell, all the major ones have SIP trunk support

Step-by-Step Phone numbers with V2 Setup - Call & Text from Same Number
⚠️⚠️⚠️ BEFORE DOING THIS be aware that moving to Twilio disables the ability to use the IVR trigger and related actions in GHL workflows. If you want to text and call from one and the same phone number in v2, you'll need to do a little prep work by switch over your ghl phone provider and doing some zip trunking. Not as complicated as it sounds. The more people move over to Twilio, the more reliable this whole thing becomes, in my opinion. You can get better analytics directly from twilio - how many dropped calls, how many times the agent didn't respond, how much time spent per hone number, it becomes so much easier to manage everything . Doesn't matter if you use an AI provider or another
