Okay Content Shifters… I want to see what you’re working on 👀 Drop ONE piece of content you’re creating right now: ✅ a hook ✅ a caption ✅ a post idea ✅ a messy draft ✅ a Canva screenshot No pressure. No polishing. Just progress. I’ll reply with either: ✨ a tiny tweak 🔥 a stronger hook 🧠 a repurpose idea Let’s build in public 😄

here is what I just posted in my Skool, and I am going to start putting these out on social media too.. Title: I'm Building a Business That Doesn't Need Me to Function Post: I'm designing my entire business around one constraint. What if I woke up tomorrow and couldn't work for six months? Not because I wanted a vacation. Because life decided to throw something at me that made it impossible to show up. That question is shaping how I'm building every system. Every framework. Every piece of the business. Most people build businesses that need them. I'm building one that runs whether I'm there or not. Because the mission is bigger than me showing up every day. Humanity Amplified isn't just a tagline. It's a design constraint. Every system has to work whether I'm in the room or not. The value has to transfer. The transformation has to happen. The community has to thrive. I'm working toward that. Everything is moving into frameworks. The Skool community is becoming the hub, not me. Every offer is being built for capability transfer, not dependency. I realized that if my business couldn't survive without me, I didn't own a business. I owned a very expensive job. And if my mission is real, it has to outlive my worst week, my burnout, whatever life decides to throw at me. I'm not there yet. But this is what I'm building. So here's my question: If you couldn't work for six months starting tomorrow, what would happen to the thing you're building right now?
Monday Content Menu: Quality over Quantity
Happy Monday, Instead of throwing spaghetti at the wall this week, I want you to focus on one or two high-impact posts. In this community, we value depth over noise. Below are 7 Content Ideas designed to build authority, show off your results, and spark real conversations. Pick the one that feels most aligned with your goals this week and run with it. 1. The "Re-Ignition" Post The Hook: "The January 'honeymoon phase' is over. Now what?" The Goal: Acknowledge the mid-month slump. Share how your product/service acts as the 'second wind' your audience needs to keep their resolutions alive. 2. The "Industry Secrets" Flip The Hook: "3 things [Industry] experts won't tell you (but I will)." The Goal: Share 'unspoken truths.' This isn't just a tip—it’s an insider perspective that proves you’re a tier above the competition. 3. The "Work Smarter" Demo The Hook: "Stop using [Tool/Product] the 'standard' way. Do this instead." The Goal: Show a 'hidden' feature or a hack. Short video or screenshots work best here. Make them say, "I never knew it could do that!" 4. The "Mechanism" Reveal The Hook: "Most people chase results. I chase systems. Here’s why." The Goal: Show a 'behind-the-scenes' look at your process. People don't just buy the destination; they buy the reliability of your map. 5. The "Transformation" Tale The Hook: "What happens when [Service] actually works? Ask [Client Name]." The Goal: Share a testimonial, but focus on the unexpected win (e.g., they didn't just save money, they gained back 5 hours a week with their kids). 6. The "Stop the Bleeding" Advice The Hook: "The fastest way to reach [Goal] isn't doing more. It's stopping this." The Goal: Call out a common mistake. Protecting your audience from a 'trap' builds more trust than just giving them more tasks. 7. The "Audience Choice" Strategy The Hook: "I’m choosing between two new [Projects/Guides]. Which do you actually need more?" The Goal: Engagement & Research. Give them Option A and Option B. Let your followers help build your next big thing.

I am doing #4! Sharing how I am building my new tools.. :)
The “Still Figuring It Out” Check-IN
Before the Monday morning rush takes over, I want to pull back the curtain. We spend so much time polishing our "final edits" for the world, but the real magic (and the real mess) usually happens in the drafts. So, let’s do a Sunday check-in. Whether it’s a victory lap or a "back to the drawing board" moment, I want to hear it. The Sunday Storyboard: • The Win: What’s a moment from this week—big or small—that felt like a green light? Maybe a post finally landed, or you hit "publish" on something that felt scary. • The Plot Hole: What’s the "work-in-progress" that’s looping in your head? If you’re struggling with a specific platform or feeling the friction of the algorithm, let it out here. • The Edit: What did you stop doing this week? Sometimes the best thing we can do for our "ecosystem" is to stop over-watering a platform that isn't blooming. • The Pivot: Did you have a realization that shifted the way you view your marketing? We’re all weighing decisions about offers and focus—tell me where your head is at. Come as you are. You can be crystal clear or beautifully messy. You can share one thing or the whole list. This is a space to breathe before we build. What’s on your mind as you look toward Monday?

I have been playing with my vibe coding tools and I made a tool for helping me post more consistently in Skool.. :)
Rumour Has it...
Adam Mosseri just mythbusted a rumour about Instagram reach and using 3rd party editing tools for video. So if you use TikTok to create and edit a video, or Capcut, Mojo, Opus Clip, In Shot or any other editing app other than Reels or IG Edits as long as there is no watermark (word mark) you are not going to have an issue posting it on Meta. The more you know...

Nice! I had heard it would affect things.. glad that has been rebuffed!
Start small. Seriously.
Sometimes it's hard after a vacation or a slower time to get back into posting on social media. So today insteady fo trying to dp it all, try this, and if your not on Instagram scroll down to find one other thing you could try today to move the needle on your business. Post one quick Instagram Story that simply says, “I’m back.” (Shared my IG Story for today below 👇) One photo. A few words. That’s it. No explanation needed. Just a signal that you’re here again and open for business. If you’ve got a little more energy, sprinkle in a couple more low-pressure updates over the week. Think: checking in, not catching up. That alone gets you visible again this week — and more importantly, it frees up mental space so you’re not scrambling every day. Then, instead of scrolling for ideas, use that time to gently get ahead. Pick one of these: - Map out 3–4 Reels you can film in one simple batch - Outline 2–3 carousel posts you can create and schedule - Look ahead at any promos or launches this month and decide when and how you’ll talk about them — before they sneak up on you. Consistency doesn’t come from doing everything. It comes from taking one small, intentional step… and letting that be enough for today. 💛
Start small. Seriously.
