I am seeing there are just a ton of different things that we can do for the AOM. It’s perfect actually. You keep it simple but so effective. As I has said I’m following your example til I can put together and utilize different techniques from you, some of the other guys and gals, some of my own and or what might be needed a little more one day than others. These are all things I used to do daily and somehow forgot all about them. Loving ot though!!
The Bare Minumum - 10.1.25
This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.

This is perfect not sure when but at some point along the way I quit doing these simple but yet effective things. Love that you can add more to it if needed!! Fantastic

I am really enjoying doing these. It’s to the point and simplistic. it really is a great plan. I am just following your flow at the moment it does the job perfectly.
It's been 28 days
It's been 28 days. Doing the little things to create as much as a routine as possible didn't seem like it was doing much at the beginning, but you need that belief in yourself that little changes stacked together can lead to big changes. This morning I stepped on the body scan scale and I was just under 227 pounds. That's a 10-15 pounds difference than when I started.

Congratulations on your success that’s phenomenal!!! I just started the AOM n this past Friday, I was wondering how far have you come with the mobility aspect of it or the feats of freedom. I’m 56 this month and am having trouble with the feats of freedom. I know I will get there I would like to make it to the artist. But it seems like I am so far from it at the moment. Any insight you could provide would be great. Thank you and have a great day.

I started with the AOM Friday, after that I e been doing the feats of freedom. A few I can do many I am far from doing. However ive had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders twice each. Prior to surgery I easily could clasp hands behind my back. After surgery I’m not even close. So I have taken a little pulley system and hung it on my pull up bar. I use one hand to pull the rope down while holding the other end behind my back and pulling that hand up trying to get more mobility. I have terrible mobility in my shoulders. I also use the same system to pull the arms down behind my back. Do you have any other suggestions to get more mobility in my shoulders? I also have the same as a lot of other people on here lower back, knee, hips etc. thanks for all your time.

I’m trying to get as mobile as possible after having several injuries that has limited some of my mobility. Plus age is catching up as well.
