It's been 28 days. Doing the little things to create as much as a routine as possible didn't seem like it was doing much at the beginning, but you need that belief in yourself that little changes stacked together can lead to big changes. This morning I stepped on the body scan scale and I was just under 227 pounds. That's a 10-15 pounds difference than when I started.

@Dan Bucholz I haven't tried any of the feats of freedom to date. I should probably get on that task. I main task with the AOM was to focus on the stretches, eating, and working out in order to create a dependable routine. Sorry, for the delayed reply.

Day 27
Even the little stuff starts to add up. 235lbs this morning.
Very long weekend
I am so burnt out. Slept right through my alarm and woke up two hours after I was supposed to be at work. I had a good weekend as my Dad flew in from Illinois. I just feel like I have had no relief or relaxation period for almost two weeks straight. My weight this morning 238. I want to ride my bike to work tomorrow. Yesterday, technically, was day 26.
Dat 22 & 23
Two days of nothing but working and moving. I went two days with two hours of sleep between days. I finally turned my keys into my old place at 555 pm. 5 minutes before closing. First food of the day half a carne asada burrito
Day 16, 17, 18
I'm exhausted from moving and packing while still working 10 hour days. I've fallen off the routine a little bit, but still doing the little things. Stuck at 238 lbs the last few days.

@Nabeel Dinani Yes, I can. I haven't completely fallen off, just fallen off a little bit. I still get little workout and stretches in during my breaks at work. The little bit I have fallen off just means that I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half. Everyday this week has been the same, wake up at 4am go to work, get off work at 330pm, go to old apt a m d go upstairs, grab boxes, go downstairs, load car, go back upstairs, grab boxes, go downstairs, load car until the car is full. Drive to new apt, unload car. Drive back to old apartment, do it again, go back to new apt and unload car. Days end at 10-11 pm usually. I did get 20 body weight squats in before I crashed.
