Hey guys, Ive just uploaded a new lesson HERE that I wouldn't mind getting some feedback on. It covers the process involved in terms of establishing market fit. Establishing market fit is essential because it validates that a service solves a real, significant problem for a specific audience willing to pay for it. This is core to the fundamentals of the topic being covered in this module - positioning.
Google ads at the start of SEO Campaign
Has anyone had success running Google Ads in the first 30–90 days of a new SEO campaign to generate leads fast and keep the client confident while SEO ramps up? If yes, how do you usually set it up (budget, campaign type, keywords, landing pages), and what mistakes should I avoid?

I uploaded a new lesson recently that exposes the self-perpetuating cycle that traps generalist agencies in endless struggle. The core concept is what I refer to as "knowledge abandonment"— every time you finish a project with a client in one niche and move to a different niche, you abandon all the insights, understanding, and expertise you gained. This creates continuous, expensive learning curves that cost time and money. This has a direct impact on growth and efficiency which trends downward as learning curves compound. The solution is to flatten these learning curves (or eliminate them completely) by specializing in one niche, carrying learnings from one project to the next, and achieving mastery over time.
