Can you sell paid courses inside a paid community?
I see a lot of paid communities use the "Classroom" to provide their paying members with free course / content as part of their membership which is great. However, I would like to offer additional PAID courses inside the "Classrooms" where a member can purchase the course all within the Skool Platform. Skool would deal with taking the payment for the course and then unlock the course they have just purchased Is this doable and is anyone already successfully doing this? Thanks

@Dusan Cvetkovic Thank you for letting me know
I got my first 5 PAID members into my new community!!!
Very stoked about this!! If I can get 5 members...I can get 500. SKOOL is a great and simple platform to use! I know this is nothing compared to what the biggest accounts are doing but ...... You have to start somewhere!!!

Well done 👍 @Franz Snideman thats great news
Will Skool work for building a Tradesmen and Construction paid community?
Hi Guys. Whats your thoughts on this please... I've had a very engaging private Facebook group for 5 years now that i've monetised to well over 7 figures. Facebook seems to be a platform that tradesmen and women naturally gravitate towards to be part of construction communities. There doesn't seem to be more than a handful of trades / construction communities on Skool. Obviously this could be down to many many reasons. However my concern is this... Will an industry like construction that is known to traditional be very slow at jumping onto new innovative platforms and technology. Move from Facebook and what they have conditioned themselves to use over to something new? Something new that the will need to learn and get used to logging into each day like they do Facebook. I appreciate that many of you will say "It all depends on the value you provide in your new Skool community" and i get that. Providing the value is not a problem for us. What I believe could be a problem is getting them to leave Facebook where they are used to hanging out to move over to something new and different? It's more of a mindset shift i would need to address. What do you think and do you have any ideas or suggestions on how could approach this? Thanks Craig

@Danny Mallinder Thank you for you reply. I have 16k members in my FB group. Yes i've seen a number of people offering x amount of free spaces to get people into their community and start the engagement. Easy and clever way to get the numbers up and to get social proof that their group is taking off. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it
New to Skool. Who dis?

@Alex Hormozi I've been fed up with Facebook and the way they are killing Facebook groups interactions and engagement. I've been considering moving my two Tradesmen and Construction groups over to another platform for the last 6 months. I signed up to Skool around 6 months ago but have not done a great deal with it. Up until when I saw the news that you have invested. On this basis i'm about to set up my first Community in Skool and be inviting my 100K followers to join me too I'm all in on Skool

@Gareth Fenley Thank you
We Did It - 1000 New Skool Members in Just 5 Days✊
I want to start by saying - Skool is going to replace FB groups (and all other platforms) forever. I launched our Skool group and offered the first 999 Members a FREE membership. I told everyone upfront that it will be $97/mo starting from the 1000th member. We hit our 999th member exactly 20 minutes before our deadline today (500 signed up in the first 23 hours🤯)🍾 And the cool thing, shortly after while I was working on Skool, our FIRST $97/mo SALE came in🔥 @Sam Ovens nice touch with the "cha-ching" sound when a member signs up 😂 Love it. This is just the beginning for us and i'm so excited for our next phase - The Affiliate Program 😏 Can't wait for Skool's Affiliate system next year!

Thanks for sharing this @Armin Shafee What a good idea to offer the first 1000 free membership. Did you have any COURSES ready and waiting inside your group ready for the members ?
