@Chris Green Great question Chris! While loving Rebecca's witty insights and humor (which is a rather big take-a-way), the re-realization of the value of facilitating interactive or what I have come to call, immersive methods during meetings really rang through. On the other side or rather something to consider, would be processing with more direct mapping of process points to the work at hand. I can say more about that via a different platform. And, if I'm honest about the design thinking sessions, in a perfect world, design teams would include [significant] representation from the population of interest. The videos were simulations and the lessons shared accomplished the goal(s). Nothing loss there. Nevertheless, loved the energy/vibe of each video. Also felt the information shared was/is accessible for any audience. Great content! Clearly, Rebecca and the other presenters have loads of experience. The ease, style and grace of navigating rather difficult dynamics (at times) and still delivering meaningful messages... impeccable! It looked like they all had a blast creating those vids! That goes a long ways for me... How do the kids say it..."Do what you Love and Love what you Do!" #loveiseverywhere
