Incoming Call To DR....Do You Know?
I'm building out a workflow for incoming calls. I want them to go into a DR campaign 90 days after the initial call comes in, then continue to do this every 90 days forever (or until they opt out). Being that they never clicked a box and consented to receive text messages.... Is this still considered compliant? From what I read it would be: "In that case a caller must either have an existing business relationship with the consumer (90 days of an inquiry or 18 months of a transaction) or possess express written consent for a text message." BUT.... If this is compliant, why would we need a checkbox on webforms for consent as long as we were just reaching out every 90 days to stay within the compliance window? @Haplin Milgrom-Hills ??
