I play the piano and I have a piano channel. I would say that the layout of the videos makes it difficult to follow along. The piano should be at the bottom, with the piano showing the keys you are playing above. I wouldn't bother putting the video of you playing unless you are using it as an example of what you will be teaching, before showing the closer shots of the keys. Also, as a piano player, I'd never play these songs. You could try some popular piano music or current popular piano only songs. Get some Christmas songs done! Although, I personally would never learn a song from this type of tutorial as it relies on memorising rather than reading the sheet music and this is hard to follow. The piano channels I watch are the ones that help you learn to play piano pieces by guiding you through the technical aspects of the piece - rather than teaching you each key to play, they use the sheet music and go through things like dynamics, fingering and ornaments to help you take the piece from just hitting the right notes, to getting it to performance standard. Obviously this generally refers to the piano, vs the electric keyboard. I'm unsure whether the keyboard itself is that popular in general. I played the electric keyboard for 10 years as a child, but it seems like it's popularity has declined a lot since the 90s. Are there other keyboard channels around, what are they doing that's popular? Videos that talk about the keyboard, or review keyboards and explain how they work may do well as you do seem to have a few. 'Best keyboards for beginners' type videos would be good, as well as beginners tips or videos such as 'the difference between the piano and keyboards'. Compare brands or talk about why you are passionate about the keyboard in a way that motivates and inspires others to learn. These videos will add value to the viewer. I use my piano channel just as a log of what I've learned, so it doesn't do very well but I'm okay with that. It's just a personal diary for me. That's what a lot of your videos feel like.
