InBox & Leads list in Leadeth
When you have dealt with a lead that is showing up in the inbox is it OK to Archive it, even though they are still going through the sequence? It just makes it easier to know which ones have been replied to or activated after pause vs new ones into the inbox. Also, I have been through the list of leads waiting to enter the sequence and have paused some that are obviously not suitable but slipped through the net when filtering from Sales Navigator. Will these just stay paused or do I need to delete them as well to ensure no messages are sent to them.

Hi @Gillian Andale, I enjoy a clean inbox so archive the conversations if they are not interested... if they are tagging them as a lead this will save as a tag. Any further correspondence from the prospect (even if archived) will bring back the conversation thread and history to the inbox. You can pause them, but its best to remove them from the current campaigns or add them to the blacklist by excluding from all campaigns (look for the button with three dots in a vertical line).

Using AI to make incremental improvements to connection request messages
Each week if you track your connection rate on a campaign, e.g. 30% acceptance rate you can feed this statistic into ChatGPT along with the message you are using. You can then ask the AI to play a game by improving the acceptance rate based on the audience, your profile and message. The AI will suggest a new improved message based on the previous data and try to compete against itself to become even better each week. If the rate drops it’s learning, if it’s improves it’s learning and refining. This kind of technology, interrogating data, will soon be embedded in platforms giving you a much more competitive edge when it comes to outreach. We are currently developing technology to analyse personality types, this will learn the time of day when a specific prospect opens their email or replies to a message, thus helping you to optimise deliverability and give your comms the best chance.
