🛑 Sunday Check-Ins Are Now Non-Negotiable 🛑
This isn’t a suggestion. This isn’t optional. Check-ins are due every Sunday. I make time every week to review your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you moving forward. But I can’t do my job if you’re not doing yours. And it’s simply not fair to the clients who do show up consistently. You have a phone. Set a reminder. Use an alarm. Make the 5 minutes. This is the hard line. Because the results you say you want only happen when you show up for them. And the most successful clients? They always do the little things, especially this. I’m still in your corner as always. But this is the new standard moving forward so let’s lock it in. ✅ Set your reminder ✅ Do your check-in ✅ Let’s keep the momentum going and crush this week. Proud to be part of your journey let’s get after it 💪

for anyone who thinks that a positive mindset and self-afficacy are not big players in your weight loss journey need to go talk to adam. Its just as important as anything else.
1/5 of the way there.
As of last week (water weight taken into consideration) I'm 1/5 of the way to being what I would consider "livable" weight. Not even my goal. But somewhere I haven't been in a long time. And it's only been like 2.5 months. It doesn't feel like you're doing long term good in the short but you really are. Those 3/4 days at the gym a week really pay off in the long run. Keep at it dudes. LETS POST SOME PROGRESS TODAY

Not sure who needs to hear this
HEY if there is anyone that needs a little motivation I just wanted yall to know that even only 4 weeks in I feel amazing. I don't appear much different on the outside. But I have more energy and feel so spry compared to last month. It's a huge difference. Just do what you are asked to do. And the results come. TRUST

Win and loss:)
Okay so for anyone interested in whether they should listen to Adam or try to push themselves harder.. I think you know the answer ahaha I decided last week to do 2 extra days totalling 5 days In a row at the gym with no rest. Not only did I feel exhausted by Friday. I felt like my work was taking a toll as well because of it. I'm not saying that it's impossible to do something active every day. But definitely be prepared. I made the exact same progress I have 2 weeks prior and the only difference was that I was exhausted. Now the WIN part of this. Is that I set a goal of going every week day and I crushed it. And had something to be happy I achieved that I didn't know I could do. But know your limits :)
