Reminder to Push Yourselves
No matter how lazy you feel, like I did today, it's important to still get that workout in. It really is true, no workout is a bad workout, I've never had a workout that I regretted. Really important to keep this in mind especially if you are wanting to make a lifestyle change 😊 Hope this helps anyone that may be dreading working out during the weekend like me lol.

Here’s what I’m working toward: ✔️ Finding habits that i can stay consistent with ✔️ Getting to 160lbs with 25% body fat & keeping it off ✔️ Actually learning how to cook a variety of fun and delicious meals instead of eating the same thing every day I’ve hit my goal before.. but this time? Balance, enjoyment, and progress with sustainability—NOT short term perfection. Let’s go!

Comment on this poster message me for more detail details. Also fun fact of the day cardio doesn’t have to find an activity that you like that incorporates exercise like jiu-jitsu or swimming or I don’t know Pickleball even though that’s really weird.

Today
Life throws us all curve balls but if you are watching they can still be home runs. My life is upside down right now however I am making time now to workout and eat properly. It was definitely hard with family around trying to help with cooking. Everyone remember life is short keep your loved ones close and stay healthy positive and active.
