I need to share something real with you today because this is EXACTLY why most people never achieve their goals. About a week ago, I spoke with “sue” who had been struggling with her weight for over 30 years. She is 250 lbs, borderline diabetic, dealing with low blood pressure, depression, and sugar cravings, and had tried everything….fasting, extreme diets, even battling bulimia at one point. She wanted to do gastric bypass, ozempic, or a sleeve. Then…. She finally decided to take action. She had a strong why—her family. She wanted to be around for her son/daughter, take care of herself, and finally feel proud when she looked in the mirror. But the second things got hard? She started making excuses. She started playing the victim. She quit before she even tried. • Not one workout completed. • Not one meal tracked. • Not a single action taken toward the goals she said were important. I agree with you. I am going to go down to the club area and do some exercises during my lunch break but is is also good to do some first thing in the morning it definitely helps wake you up and start the day off right congratulations 👏 keep it up 👍

Excited to start working with Adam and having a community to talk with
Hi I am working out with a yoga app and I started at 155 pounds and now I am at 151 and the best part is my core is getting stronger. I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and it affected my mobility to the point that I am walking with a walker my goal is to not have to use a walker anymore and I am happy to report that I have taken a few steps without the walker and my balance is so much better. I cannot wait to work with Adam so I can keep on track with my health goals. I wish everyone the best. The key is consistency. Have a great night everyone
