🛑 Sunday Check-Ins Are Now Non-Negotiable 🛑
This isn’t a suggestion. This isn’t optional. Check-ins are due every Sunday. I make time every week to review your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you moving forward. But I can’t do my job if you’re not doing yours. And it’s simply not fair to the clients who do show up consistently. You have a phone. Set a reminder. Use an alarm. Make the 5 minutes. This is the hard line. Because the results you say you want only happen when you show up for them. And the most successful clients? They always do the little things, especially this. I’m still in your corner as always. But this is the new standard moving forward so let’s lock it in. ✅ Set your reminder ✅ Do your check-in ✅ Let’s keep the momentum going and crush this week. Hey everyone, mid-week check-in! 🚀
This week’s been a good kind of busy, so no video, but I wanted to keep you all in the loop and give some important updates. First off:📌 Consistency is always better than failure. You don’t need to be perfect. Just showing up, even on tough days, is what keeps the momentum going. ✅ A few quick reminders:1️⃣ There’s no such thing as a stupid question. If you’re unsure about anything—just ask!2️⃣ Make sure you’re accurately recording your workouts so we can track progress and make adjustments when needed.3️⃣ If you haven’t sent me your form videos for review, get those in! I’m here to help you tweak and improve your technique, but I can’t do that if I don’t see them. 💡 If you’re feeling stuck or want some extra support, let’s chat. Book a quick call with me. It’s easier to hash things out in five minutes over a call rather than endless texts. I’ve got your back. 🙌 Big news! Within the next two weeks, every client will have their own personal Google Drive folder with all of their resources in one place. I don’t know why it took me so long to think of this—but I’ve gotten awesome feedback from the clients I’ve already set it up for, and I know it’s going to help with organization and make things much easier for you. Lastly, I’d love to see more of you active inside the community.
