That said, have the younger crowd ditched sneakers and rediscovered loafers as stylish? I wear a lot of short sleeve button up shirts at work. I've started wearing undershirts again and sometimes they peek out in the sleeve section. I'm tempted to get some sleeveless undershirts but I worry about my arm pits getting a little sweaty and there being nothing to absorb that. What do you all recommend? Just wear antiperspirant or is there a type of undershirt with a shorter sleeve without being sleeveless you all recommend? Thank you and I hope you all are having a great Monday!

Ordered this basic dress watch from Jomashop because I liked the way it looked (and it was cheap). I think it looks a little big. My wrist size is about 6.25" and the watch is 42mm diameter with lug-to-lug distance of about 49mm.

Gents I need some advice. I'm torn between two pilot watches and I need some help deciding. I really like the Big Pilot 43 (the one below on the right with the strap). The problem is that it comes in at 43mm and I have fairly small wrists. I also would get it on a bracelet, not the strap as pictured. So my option is to then get the Mark XX (below on the left). I'm not crazy about the date window and I really like the oversized crown on the 43. My question is how do you feel about a slightly oversized watch?
