Marcia - Mariah was on my podcast earlier this year and we dug into aspects of this, team structure, the 4 day workweek. I used to own an agency and I SO enjoy this model of online business better - it’s less HR/people management with a smaller team! Do you regularly run ads to a freebie (lead magnet, webinar funnel, etc.)? Let's support each other! What objective are you having the most success with: 1. Leads (conversions) 2. Engagement (conversions) 3. Traffic (link clicks) I've been testing things on my end and would love to hear the latest insights as the Meta dashboard is ever-changing!
