How to contact Skool support?
I haven't used Skool until finding this community. I browsed other communities for the first time today and saw something I think should be reported. But when I tried, I could only find groups that required my role to be a group moderator of some sort. Anyone have insight on how I can best reach support? Thanks!

Hello from IBM Design!
Excited to get value and add value to this community! I’ve facilitated over 400 design thinking sessions at IBM since 2021 and work in technology pre-sales as an Innovation Designer. I really thrive at designing pre-sales engagements with cross-functional technology and engineering roles for optimal client experiences. I have over a decade of experience in UX design and work remotely (and travel) from Tampa, FL. I’m here hoping to continue learning, improve my skills, give back, and network! Please reach out if you want to learn more about Enterprise Design Thinking methodology at IBM or anything else!

I lead a national market of 20+ designers. There are usually 2 designers per pre-sales squad. And we average 5-7 new opportunities every month with up to 10 total for which we are qualifying at any given time. We facilitate internal qualification, project prep, workshop prep and we facilitate the client workshops throughout the pre-sales progression. Not counting any give-back projects we may be on.

@Lucia Wang actually I am in pre-sales so we do these workshops as an investment up front for our biggest clients. But EDT is embedded throughout the entire org and anyone can practice it! Since EDT badges are available to anyone, IBM encourages any company to start practicing it. There have been clients that adopted it into their org. There is a paid service called IBM Garage that does EDT workshops quite often for clients, too. For a variety of initiatives and business goals. Certainly not just products or software. It is great for modernization and differentiation goals.
📍Where is everyone from?📍
Hello Facilitators👋 I'm really curious about where everyone is from. I'd love to make this a mega post where we can see how diverse the Facilitator Club community is. Who knows, you might find a lot more people in your area than you thought! Once I have lots of answers on this post, I want to make a nice graph!
