I have been on a maintenance meal plan for almost 2 months now before another Fat Burn. I was still struggling a bit on the increased calories as it still felt like a restrictive diet. After discussing with @Jamie Bigg as part of my regular check-ins he changed my meal plan up, still within the maintenance calories but he added in a couple meal changes which really helped improve my mental wellbeing. The biggest update was the breakfast, when I started having it I never thought I would be able to maintain weight on these breakfasts, but it goes to show by using all the things I have learned over the past 7+months on the Superhero Blueprint, following and trusting in the process I am still maintaining the same weight. Couldn't be happier!
