I wanted to throw this out at you guys. I am very faith driven when it comes to my day to day life. I was thinking about forgiveness and repentance. And I wanted to put this out to the group. When you don’t hit the mark or get off track mentally. I turn to prayer and ask for forgiveness from god. Although I feel relief sometimes it is difficult to get back on track. I try to remind myself to live in the present and look towards the future but at times this is difficult. Do any of you experience similar things. I do know that physical fitness pretty much always gives me a sense of clarity also. I was just doing some deep thinking this morning and I thought I would share this thought with the group.
