The non negociable morning routine. That allows to start the day with intention.

What I especially take with me from this challenge is : - The importance of having a solid foundation to start your day with a morning routine, where you have enough head space to push yourself into your day with intention - To plan as much as you can in advance the different things you have to do in order to fuel your mind and body (training time, MEALS, sleep time, family time) will eliminate the loss of thinking ressources into daily operations. - Less is more : a two hours solid state work bloc in higher order issues (where only yourself can be effective) is WAY MORE beneficient in moving the needle than "being busy" 8 hours straight. - A pro mindset moves quick and big, and tends to integrate work into family, rather than looking for work life balance. - Surround yourself with like minded people that will drive you upward (@Michael Strain, @Roman Walde) - I would deeply love to work with you personaly in a near future @Jason Watson
Day 40 - 12/10/2025
Skipped a few check ins the last couple of days. We were traveling for Chloe’s work, and I underestimated the level of preparation required to do such with a 7 months old 👶🏽 Great family work out today. Our gym was closed for Canada’s Thanks Giving, but our friends in the staff that were having private clients let us in. We were indeed really grateful for that. Hit back and biceps well while Auguste was living her best life looking at all the people pushing hard on 2000’s hip hop beats. Also, both Chloe and I hit an all time low on the scale since we ate together. That cranked us to keep pushing. Mindset wise, not much to report aside I woke up a vit shaky and uncertain about this whole new leader i am trying to become (I guess the lack of morning routine the last few days had some to do), but when we passed next to my clinique, I felt that spark tjat made me feel good. That brought me to revisit this relationship I have with Sundays such as they are depressing because work is starting again the next day. But now that i am trying to male this job tailored to my vision and desires, I see Mondays like the reward to get back to spend time doing things I like professionally speaking. Makes Sundays much more appreciable. Business wise, I finally have a fully booked week with appointments this week, and I pursue the psychotherapy workshop weekend sessions i started last year, this coming weekend. It’s going to be busy 💪🏽😎 We sit tight to each other in our little family. I also get in touch with colleagues, friends, and parents on weekly basis. House is clean. Clothes are ready. Meal prep is done for the baby, ours will come tomorrow. FINALLY CLOSED THE CELL PHONE CONTRACT RENEWAL (man ive spent toooo much time In this). Win : getting real close to that 190 lbs I was aiming. Have to say Chloe looks insane also. Struggle : could use a little more warriors in my close circle to keep my a little tighter on the business grind. Could also use a little more sleep/less residual flu symptoms.

I was about to say the same about pillar 5. This is what prevents me from collapsing at times where w am really tired. Having space physically and mentally is key to discipline. Great work for a Sunday!
