Day 73 - Never Quit
Day 73- 10.29.2025 💪🏼 Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel Workout - 500PM (45 min) 48 min workout Drink - 4+ liters Eat - Clean. Protein - approx. 190g (175g or more objective) Sleep - 7 hr last night 📖 Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Daily Reflection - To lead is to serve others. 12 min/wk cold plunge - cold shower. Reading - 9 Figure Mindset - by Brandon Dawson. About his up-brining and how that shaped his mind today. Outside Exercise - Yes. Creativity and Thinking - Build Systems that run without your daily input, and grow your impact. Still working on these. 💰 Pillar 3 - Business and Income Architecture Firm - Building Systems and Mentoring Meetings today. Building the “Self-Running Systems” I've thought about for a long time. AE - The systems above are going to work here too. CG - The systems above are going to work here too. Multi-Family Real Estate - Still stacking for a future deal. Personal - All positive, just stacking. 😃 Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Family - Autumn and I brainstormed science fair project and she taught me some pre-algebra today that ive since forgot. Faith - daily reading in John today. Growth Minded People - Build the Man Coaching and Skool Community. Personal Influence - Spent a few hours teaching one of our recent graduates how to think about the design of a building. Most people just start going, and I shared with him what I typically train people on his how to design holistically from the beginning. It makes a very different project, results and its very profitable. Garrett told me that I should be teaching this to the whole company. 🏡 Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Home - caught up some more small spaces today, getting about 90% there to a fully restored and tidied house. Wardrobe - Not today. Ill get here eventually. Micro Habits / Consistencies - Bed Made. Desk Clean. Bedroom squared away. Kitchen clean and counters clean and organized. 🌎 Pillar 6 - Intentional Impact One of my employees in another office got the book and note I sent her last week. Without going into too much detail, she needs some guidance in a few areas that is good for work and outside of work. We have 1:1’s frequently but there is something different about reading and putting in the effort yourself. I got a big happy thank you from her today. And later I got a message from one of her peers that she cried and felt really seen and heard from my message to her. Regardless of what you do, you are always an influence, so choose to be a good one.

Day 72 - 10.28.2025 💪🏼 Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel Workout - 630AM (45 min) walk, 530PM (45 min) 52 min workout Drink - 5+ liters Eat - Clean. Finally do we have fresh leadership thats willing to think outside the box (its one of my strengths, Clifton Strengths Finder - 1. Strategic, 2. Futuristic) we just needed the old guys to move on. 🏡 Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards Home - it's less of a mess, will finish this week. Finally hired someone to clean the house regularly. Wardrobe - Not today. Ill get here eventually. Micro Habits / Consistencies - Bed Made. Desk Clean. 🌎 Pillar 6 - Intentional Impact Ive had to reinvent my personal system at my AE firm because 1. We have made extreme macro process and software changes through the whole organization, and 2. I now play roles, I didnt a year ago. My old micro systems have been passed to those now doing what I used to and now im building new ones for me. This time, im going to integrate them (AI and smart integrations) so that my teams can communicate with me much more efficiently. It will be a more holistic system that feeds the larger one. By doing this, it will not only streamline my work and open more time for my 20%, but it's going to teach and do the same for those working for me. When they get to my level they will have already mastered much of what im creating for myself today.
