I've been MIA in Skool for a while, partly due to the birth of my new daughter Stella (kids are awesome!) and also working on a new ecommerce brand specifically for French Bulldogs (good niche - most popular dog in the US, and they're expensive so their owners tend to have buying power). With my last dog company, I built it mostly on Amazon, and was able to have a 7 figure exit in 3 years. This time I'm looking to leverage TikTok Shop as well, and I may have a passive income Ronin style play if any of you have connections to large groups of TikTok Shop affiliates? (yes, i have a backup plan if TikTok actually gets banned, but I think that's unlikely) Problem: TTS affiliates only get paid on the initial sale they drive on tiktok, even if that customer re-orders for years with a consumable product. Solution: I've come up with a way to get TTS affiliates a strong 25% commission on the initial sale, AND a 10% commission on ongoing re-orders, potentially for years...even if they never talk to the customer again! Right now, our flagship product is a $40 frenchie specific dog supplement, and we'll be expanding the product line in the near future. Hey fellow Ronin, I've been quiet lately, but working on something behind the scenes. In the past, I built & sold a 7 figure dog products ecom business, and now I'm building a new one specifically for people with french bulldogs. They are expensive dogs, meaning their owners/parents have buying power, they are the most popular dog breed in America, and we are going to position ourselves as a premium brand so we can have higher price points and profit margins on consumable products for frenchies. Currently growing the audiences (15,000 FB group members and 7,500 email subscribers - adding about 200 fb group members and 100 email subs a day) and this should continue to grow fairly quickly. First product is in development (release in about a month), with plans for a full product line of consumable products with the aim of a high re-order rate. ------- Ronin Partnership ideas: - Do you have, or are you connected with anyone who has, a large & engaged US based french bulldog audience? Not dog audience, french bulldog specifically. There are a lot of french bulldog facebook groups that have fake engagement and bots, so we want to stay away from them. - Do you have any connections with any high ticket offers for french bulldog people? Specific dog training? Show dog stuff? How to "turn your frenchie into an influencer" e-course? High end dog vacation package for frenchies? Over the past few months I've discovered quite a few FB groups that haven't been active for a few years. These groups have thousands of members that were previously very active. They are in niches that I operate so I feel I would like to get my hands on them as an asset. One can obviously find the moderators and DM them. I was hoping my fellow Ronin might have some ideas on how to approach this wanting to buy the group. They aren't groups I've been a member of so this would be cold outreach. Thank you in advance.
