Hey, I assume this is an automated email cause of the niche a clients ai caller was in? I sent the documentation of the company and legitimate practices back to the email and also to support. Is it fine to call leads about this product? @Jorden Williams

Some of you already know me and know I’m always looking for the simplest, most efficient ways to add value for my clients. Custom tools work, I still use them, but setting them up, especially when handling multiple extractions, such as qualifying questions, can be a challenge. The other night, @John Moreno and I stayed up on a call late brainstorming, and we came up with a great solution using a familiar tool: Create_notes.
